Who will ship my items?

We use Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx and DPD mainly but may use other carriers from time to time, as required. Options to select a shipping method is available at the checkout.

We generally use a 'signed for' service, so you will almost always need to sign for your lovely items.

Please kindly note that we are unable to deliver to an address that includes a PO Box number as we require a signature on delivery.

How long will I wait to receive my items?

We work hard to despatch most orders within 24. Most orders placed before 1pm with be dispatched that same working day.

UK  - Delivery will normally take 1-9 working days from dispatch, depending on the service selected at the checkout.

Europe  -  Delivery will normally take 2-6 working days from dispatch, although we do offer an express air service that can be selected at the checkout.

Rest of WorldDelivery will normally take 2-4 working days from dispatch

You will be notified who your parcel has been sent with via email or the details you provided at the checkout such as SMS message.

Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or unforeseen issues,

We are a small independent business, so please note that delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch.

Customs delays - Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for international orders. 

What is the shipping cost?

UK - Standard / Signed For Delivery in the UK is charged from £3.99 per order, Next Working Day services are from £6.99 and we offer a Saturday service for £8.99

Europe - Delivery to Europe is charged from £16.00 per order - depending on the country and zone.

International / Rest of World - Delivery worldwide is charged from £19.99 per order.

PLEASE NOTE If the total weight of parcel is over 2kg, an extra shipping fee may be charged. We will contact you separately if the total weight exceeds 2kg.  

Overseas Customers, Taxes and Duties 

Please note that customers outside of the UK will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company. 

EU Customers, Taxes and Duties 

Please note that customers shopping from the EU, following the UK's exit from the European Union, will now be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

As the importer, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, local sales taxes and handling fees. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.  Unfortunately we are currently unable to advise on the amount that this may be, but we do offer a 20% discount on your order to help towards any fees. Any deliveries refused due to non payment of fees, will be destroyed by the courier and therefore will not be eligible for refund. If the importer wishes to return the parcel back to us, this can be arranged and any return fees applied by the courier and HMRC, such as return shipping, government charges and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

What happens when a delivery attempt has been made?

Most deliveries require a signature. If delivery is attempted for a signed for package and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot or post office, unfortunately we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. One we receive the times back, if you would still like the products, we will re-dispatch the parcel but there will be an additional charge for re-posting.

What to do when a parcel has not arrived?

Please contact us by email: hello@andostores.com if you have not received the package within 7 working days from the date when you received a dispatch notice. Usually the package will remain in the local depot or post office and we can rearrange a delivery to you with a track number, or we can provide you with the track number so you can collect it from the collection point.

If sadly for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order because products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and/or phone call.
